Getting your Electrical systems & HVAC serviced means that all the components will be inspected, cleaned and replaced if required, working at their optimal best, preventing costly energy bills, not to mention expensive, unexpected repair bills.

Electrical systems maintenance:

Electrical distribution and control systems are the heart of any facility, yet it is often the most under-appreciated utility. Without a reliable source of electrical power, operations of any facility would not be possible. Neglecting the maintenance of electrical equipment over a long period will inevitably lead to costly emergency repairs and equipment failures in addition to elevated safety and property risks. The Preventive Maintenance for the Electrical Distribution Systems in residential & Commercial Buildings is mandatory. Be smart and use our preventive maintenance contract to keep your electrical distribution system in good working order, the inspection may include doing any of the following regular or annual professional check-Ups:

  • Checking the function of all meters.
  • Checking the function of lamps and indicators.
  • Inspection of locking devices for signs damage or worn.
  • Cleaning thoroughly, vacuum and full visual inspection of exterior and interior of all LV switchboards.
  • Inspection of the control wiring, relays, power supply units, timers, etc. where applicable.
  • Checking the electronic surge protection is intact where installed.
  • Verifying control circuit fuse rating and continuity.
  • Checking and torque test bolted electrical connections as necessary to specified levels.
  • ACB maintenance withdrawable or fixed, check contacts, arc chutes secondary injection.
  • Visual inspection for signs of overheating or deterioration.
  • Inspection of all panels for paint work damage and signs of corrosion.
  • Check battery-tripping packs, battery integrity, signs of defects, etc.
  • Final visual inspection & thermal imaging to assure all clear after work completed.

HVAC Maintenance:

As a check-up comprises an on-site visit from our HVAC technician, who will examine the
HVAC system and ensure it operates at optimum performance. Depending on that, the inspection may include doing any of the following regular or annual professional check-Ups:

  • Checking both the indoor and outdoor components.
  • Ensuring the fan is working correctly.
  • Cleaning the coils.
  • Cleaning the ducts.
  • Checking (or possibly changing) the air filter.
  • Cleaning drain lines.
  • Checking the refrigerant level.
  • Checking for any leaks in the heat exchanger.
  • Checking the circuits & the safety controls.
  • If needed, replacement of filter to prevent dust.
  • Thermostat will be inspected, cleaned and calibrated for more efficient cooling.
